Announcing the first official SCBWI online critique group, specifically designed for Florida illustrators.
It is a private, password protected site where members can post works-in-progress and receive support, guidance and industry information from fellow SCBWI illustrators.
Although we originated in the Tampa Bay area, we now serve Florida illustrators coast-to-coast. Members of "WCC" enjoy the ability to receive group support, without the need to travel long distances to attend monthly SCBWI meetings.
The WCC provides daily access, which is extremely helpful for those of us who are up against deadlines and often need immediate assistance!
In addition, the WCC provides a "Critter Conversations" page, where members can post questions, report personal successes and events, and get to know each other as friends. It helps us to connect to each other in much the same way that face-to-face meetings do, but with more frequency.
The "Critter" you meet online, could become the friend you know at your next SCBWI conference!
