As a
kindergartener my teacher would yell at me
for pressing too hard with my crayons. Today
it’s color pencils and acrylics, and I’m
still doing vivid color.
After
the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, I
worked as a Graphic Artist for ten years.
Then I segued into Decorative Painting.
As
a child I gravitated towards books with the
biggest pictures, so naturally I wanted to
become an illustrator. A creative writing
class inspired me to be an author. Between
creating art and writing, I teach drawing
and painting classes for kids as well as
swimming. It’s all so rewarding!
