Once Upon a Time magazine is a fun and friendly journal for writers and illustrators who are published or unpublished.
The editor Audrey Baird is now looking for manuscripts and also black and white artwork to publish in the magazine.

OUAT is a nonpaying market (or rather, payment is in copies) but Audrey is the most enthusiastic, supportive editor you'll ever have the pleasure of meeting. And publication in OUAT is a good clip in your portfolio or line on your resume.

Guidelines are on the publication's web site. Audrey hopes that some of you will send her your thoughts or experiences at writing or illustrating for children. But don't wait too long ... the submission deadline for her next issue (September) is in June!
